Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return your items up to 15 business days after receiving them. Please follow the steps below:

• Make sure that all items you received are unused, with tags, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Make sure to include the original purchase receipt or invoice inside the return package.
  
• Send the return to our address in Lisbon.

We regret to inform you that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We hope you understand that we are still a small brand and, unfortunately, cannot cover the extra shipping cost. Thank you for understanding!

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
